In Salvadori Diamond Atelier an all-female heart beats. Indeed, three: the sisters Marzia and Monica, with their mother Carla, carry on the wonderful dream of giving emotions and beauty to the world through the noble art of jewelry.
A mission made of courage, passion and creativity, which began in Venice over a century and a half ago and became even more authentic when Gabriele Pendini, father of Marzia and Monica and partner of the most important Diamond Bourses in the world such as Antwerp and Tel Aviv, founded Salvadori SpA, giving a tangible form to that desire.

Being at the helm of such an important company is a remarkable undertaking, which sees its center in the sharing of values.
An innate love for diamonds and precious stones, handed down from his father, the dedication to fine artisan jewellery that is renewed and increases with the passage of time, a great daily commitment, loyalty and reliability: these are just some of the characteristics that have brought Salvadori Diamond Atelier to be known and appreciated internationally. A reality that is not afraid of embracing tomorrow and changes, precisely because it is strong in a profound respect for such a significant historicity, based on solid and intact roots, without which today nothing would be possible.

After sharing her love for this wonderful sector with her husband Gabriele, today the role of President of Salvadori SpA is held by Carla, who over the years has been able with pride and sensitivity to bring the right innovation made of resourcefulness and courageous choices.
Since 2000, Marzia has held the role of Designer and Creative Director of Salvadori Diamond Atelier, thinking, drawing and designing the unique pieces of jewellery that distinguish the Venetian maison. Thanks to Marzia there are the collections that from year to year never cease to surprise and shine, like the splendid stones with which they are made.
Her sister Monica, graduated in Oriental Languages and Civilizations, holds the role of Commercial Director. With innate kindness, Monica makes customers from all over the world feel at home, the “most precious part” of Salvadori, thanks to the ability to weave sincere and authentic relationships with them that go far beyond a simple commercial contact.

Carla, Marzia and Monica: three entrepreneurs who have chosen with great talent and determination to accompany a company like Salvadori SpA towards the future.
