Forever Pendant in White Gold and Rubies

Mysterious pendant with the inner rotating heart so that you have four versions of the same piece of jewellery by simply turning the centre or turning the side of the pendant. It is made of white gold with 159 brilliants for 1.50 carats and 167 first quality Burmese rubies 2.90 carats. The height of the pendant is about 2.4 cm.
